Why Rightly exists

I’ve spent much of my career working close to culture, events, and marketing — and what has always inspired me most is the power of partnerships when they’re built with care and relevance.

When partnerships work, they do more than create exposure. They become part of moments people care about. They turn experiences into memories — and memories into long-term value for organisations, brands, and the communities around them.

At the same time, I’ve seen how often that potential goes unrealised. Not because of a lack of ambition or ideas, but because teams are short on time, clarity, or support. Most energy quite rightly goes into delivering great live experiences. The commercial side often has to keep up as best it can.

That’s why we started Rightly.

We work side by side with organisations across culture, events, sport, and live experiences — helping turn what already exists into partnerships that drive revenue and real impact. Sometimes that means shaping the offering. Sometimes running the sales process. Often, it means helping make the value visible so it can be repeated and scaled.

This blog will be a place where we share thoughts, observations, and lessons from working in and around partnerships — what we see working, what doesn’t, and why relevance matters more than exposure.

If any of this resonates, you’re very welcome to reach out. We’re always happy to compare notes.
